Hannah Howard is VP at Meridian Capital Group, where her team financed $1 billion in transactions, making Meridian the number one financing broker in the country. Last year, Meridian Capital obtained $40 billion in proceeds for its clients with 3300 deals closed from more than 200 different lenders.  

Howard focuses on assisting developers, corporate users, REITs, institutions and 1031 exchange buyers in financing, acquisition and disposition structuring. Her specialties include commercial real estate financing, debt services, off-market multifamily, NNN single-tenant and Hilton brand hotels.
