Aaron Harounian
Associate
Aaron joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City and the metro area.
He has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of office, fitness, and service-oriented spaces, as well as medical office spaces in the greater metro NYC area. Over the course of his career, Aaron has negotiated more than 20,000 square feet in leases covering shopping centers, Class A and B office buildings, and former warehouse lofts.
Prior to joining Meridian, Aaron was a property manager for a private group with a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Aaron also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University.
