Ari Kotler

Mr. Kotler joined Meridian Capital Group in 2026 and currently serves as an Analyst in the firm’s New York headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of debt across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail, throughout New York City’s outer boroughs, including Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens, as well as the greater tri-state region. Ari works across all stages of the development cycle, including acquisition, construction, renovation, and permanent financing.

Prior to joining Meridian, Ari served as an Operations Manager at LKNJ Contracting, where he oversaw day-to-day operations.

Ari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies with a concentration in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
