Ashlyn Lorentz joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Manhattan office. In her role, Ms. Lorentz specializes in tenant representation throughout New York City, working closely with national brands, local operators, and emerging concepts to identify and secure strategic retail locations that align with their business goals.
Prior to joining Meridian, Ms. Lorentz gained hands-on experience in client service, sales, and operations through various roles in the hospitality and real estate sectors, providing her with a strong foundation in relationship building and deal execution.
Ms. Lorentz holds a B.S. Commerce and Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from The University of Alabama. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, informs her thoughtful and proactive approach to retail leasing and tenant advisory
