Bari Musacchio

Bari Musacchio joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate Broker in the company’s New York office. She specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle-driven retail spaces across New York City.

Ms. Musacchio has distinguished herself in the retail leasing sector with extensive experience in food and beverage, fashion, and service-oriented retail, as well as second-generation restaurant spaces and design-forward, architecturally unique locations.

Ms. Musacchio brings over 20 years of experience in the New York City hospitality industry, including serving on the opening team at Rubirosa in 2008, where she helped grow the business into a neighborhood institution over more than a decade. In 2014, she founded Baz Bagel & Restaurant, which she successfully built and sold in 2025. She also operates a hospitality consulting practice, advising restaurant owners and creative brands on openings, repositioning, and operational strategy.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Musacchio has been directly involved in site selection, lease negotiation, and operational execution across a wide range of restaurant and retail spaces throughout New York City.

Ms. Musacchio holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and completed her culinary training at the International Culinary Center and ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. She also holds a WSET Level 3 Advanced Certification in Wines & Spirits. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Interview Magazine, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, NY1, and Bon Appétit.
