Ben Haggard
Associate
Ben Haggard joined Meridian in 2025 and works in the firm’s Midtown office on the retail leasing team. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation and is actively involved in outreach and sourcing new opportunities across New York City. While completing his Master of Real Estate Development at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University, Ben interned with Related Companies on the team overseeing their luxury multifamily portfolio in Manhattan. He also interned with Marcus & Millichap and later became a full-time associate broker. Additionally, Ben worked with Janus Property Group, a developer active in West Harlem. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. While attending the University of Utah, he worked as a lift operator and ski guide at Snowbird Ski Resort.
