Bobby Ortense

Mr. Ortense joined Meridian in 2023 and currently works in the company’s Midtown office. As one of the most active retail leasing brokers in New York City, Bobby specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. He has distinguished himself in the commercial real estate sector, particularly in retail leasing, with expansive experience in the leasing of F&B and service-oriented retail, along with community facility and office spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Bobby was a Realtor at Prestige Properties, where he managed leasing and sales of New Jersey residential units. Over the course of his career, Bobby has negotiated more than 100,000 square feet in leases spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, and The Bronx.
Accolades include Commercial Observer “30 Under 30 Top Leasing and Sales Pros 2023”.
Bobby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Management Information Systems.
