Daniel Zacaim is an Associate in Meridian’s Midtown office, specializing in street-level and mixed-use commercial properties through Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Since joining Meridian in June 2025, he has quickly established himself as a key player in Harlem and the Bronx, while maintaining consistent, hands-on coverage throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
He currently represents over 100,000+ square feet of retail and commercial space, working directly with ownership to attract creditworthy tenants, and value-driven lease transactions. His experience spans quick-service restaurants, medical and healthcare, fitness, office, and neighborhood retail.
A Brooklyn-born native, Daniel is hands-on in every stage of leasing, guiding clients from analysis and deal structuring to negotiation and closing, while building strong relationships and educating them along the way. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Queens College.
