David Shahar

David Shahar joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as a Mortgage Broker in the firm’s Chicago office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail assets throughout the Chicagoland area and broader Midwest region.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Shahar served as Admissions Director at a skilled nursing facility, where he managed the facility’s admissions process and overall census development.

Mr. Shahar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Talmud from Hebrew Theological College. He is also a member of the American Management Association and the American Finance Association.
