David Sirchenko

Mr. Sirchenko joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Lower Manhattan office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in locations including but not limited to New York, Florida, Texas. He handles transactions that involve Ground Up Construction, Value-Add, Permanent Financing, etc.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Sirchenko was a Commercial Debt Broker at Equitas Capital Group where he managed the end-to-end transaction processes for commercial financing requests. His responsibilities included underwriting each request, negotiating with the relevant parties, and ensuring a seamless closing process.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sirchenko has negotiated more than $69.4MM in financing covering Multifamily, Office, Retail, Hospitality and other property types across the United States.

Mr. Sirchenko holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College.
