Dovi Levy

Dovi joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as a commercial originator in the company’s Manhattan office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets nationwide. This includes, but is not limited to, short- and long-term financing, construction, bridge, and takeout loans. Dovi works closely with clients to structure creative and competitive financing solutions, leveraging deep capital markets knowledge, underwriting, and strong lender relationships to deliver results.
