Ethan Yong

Mr. Ethan Yong joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an Investment Sales Associate in the company’s Lower Manhattan office. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Yong was a residential Real Estate Agent at Compass Real Estate where he worked on huge rental portfolio in Brooklyn with The David Chang Team. Prior to joining Compass Real Estate, Mr. Yong spent 3 years on residential side at Century 21.

Mr. Yong holds a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from Fordham University in Manhattan. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers – ICSC, Young Wen/Women’s Real Estate Associate YM/WREA and was recognized by Trepp Future Commercial Real Estate Leader 2025.
