Mr. Kim joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s Battery Park, NY office. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kim was a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors where was responsible for originating and executing middle-market investment sales in Queens, NY. Prior to joining B6 Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Kim spent 4 years at Cushman & Wakefield and 10 years at Massey Knakal Realty Services.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kim has sold more than $2 billion in commercial real estate. Notable Queens property sales include The Rego Park 18 Portfolio for $150,000,000, 90-02 Queens Boulevard for $125,000,000, The Briarwood Portfolio for $87,200,000, 75 Onderdonk Avenue for $25,000,000, and 34-20 Junction Boulevard for $21,000,000.
