Jacob Mayer joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation across all five boroughs of New York City, with a focus on food and beverage, service-oriented retail, and community/medical facility spaces. Jacob has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector by executing transactions with some of New York’s most notable restaurants, medical institutions, and experiential concepts.
