Jaron Schiowitz joined Meridian in 2025 and serves as an Investment Sales Associate in the firm’s New York City office. He specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout the five boroughs. In addition to his role at Meridian, Jaron is pursuing a business degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University, bringing a strong analytical and academic perspective to his work in investment sales.
