Ms. Blocker joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York office. She specializes in landlord representation in New York City. Jessica has distinguished herself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food & beverage, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jessica was an Intern at Cushman & Wakefield where she analyzed retail market data and provided clients with knowledgeable resources.
Jessica holds a double major in Real Estate & Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She was recognized by Indiana University for the Dean’s Scholarship for Academic Performance from 2020-2024.
