John Bianco

John Bianco is a Senior Vice President at Meridian Capital Group, where he serves in a leadership role on the firm’s West Coast Capital Markets team. He joined Meridian in 2018 from the firm’s New York headquarters and relocated to Los Angeles in 2021 to help expand and scale the firm’s West Coast origination and execution platform.

Mr. Bianco advises institutional investors, family offices, and sophisticated private sponsors on debt solutions across the full lifecycle of real estate assets, including acquisition, transitional, development, and long-term financing. His work spans multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, and retail assets, and he is frequently engaged on assignments requiring bespoke structuring, multi-phase capital solutions, and a high degree of execution certainty.

Over his career, Mr. Bianco has closed more than $3 billion in transactions and has been directly responsible for managing high-volume, multi-track pipelines involving dozens of concurrent assignments. His role encompasses origination, underwriting oversight, lender coordination, and execution management across a broad range of capital sources, including agencies, banks, debt funds, and CMBS lenders, on highly sensitive assignments requiring a critical degree of discretion and judgment.

In addition to his transaction responsibilities, Mr. Bianco is entrusted with managing and mentoring junior underwriters and brokers, overseeing underwriting standards, deal structuring, and transaction flow. He is consistently recognized by firm leadership for driving process efficiencies, scaling deal volume, and delivering repeatable, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Mr. Bianco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the University of Maryland and is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
