John Roesch, Senior Director at Meridian Retail Leasing, joined the division in 2018. He focuses on landlord representation, working with institutional companies and connecting with his vast network of tenants.
Roesch started his career on the Investment Sales team at Eastern Consolidated, before moving over to Meridian’s Retail division. Roesch has negotiated hundreds of deals and leased over 300,000+ Square Feet of retail in Manhattan. Specializing in Food & Beverage has allowed him to work with notable hospitality groups, national restauranteurs and multiple big box retailers.
Roesch is a prominent broker in the commercial real estate industry. His achievements have been widely recognized, as he has been featured in Commercial Observer’s: 30 Under 30, New York Real Estate Journal’s: One to Watch, and other leading publications such as Forbes, ArtNews, and Paper Magazine.
