Jonathan Kogan

Jonathan Kogan joined Meridian Investment Sales in June 2025 and serves as an Investment Sales Associate specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial property sales across the five boroughs. In his role, Jonathan focuses on valuation analysis, tailored marketing strategies, and hands-on transaction support, working closely with owners, operators, and investors to ensure a smooth and informed sales process.

Jonathan previously interned with Meridian, gaining early exposure to underwriting, research, and client relations. He is currently a student at Yeshiva University, where he continues to deepen his academic foundation while advancing his career in New York City real estate.
