Mr. Langer joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the company’s Midtown office. Known for his client-first approach and deep market expertise, Jordan specializes in landlord and tenant representation, focusing on retail leasing in New York City’s most competitive markets. He has a knack for securing premium locations for food & beverage, fitness, and service-oriented tenants, while successfully advising landlords on repositioning properties to maximize their value.

His commentary has highlighted his expertise in navigating the city’s unique retail dynamics, from addressing market disruptions to identifying emerging tenant demand. Prior to joining Meridian, Jordan spent two years as a broker at SPiRALNY where he represented buyers, sellers, and renters in a wide range of real estate-related services in New York, quickly surpassing $1,000,000 in residential sales.
Mr. Langer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University Business School.
