Max joined Meridian in 2024 and is based in the firm’s Midtown New York City office, where he specializes in both tenant and landlord representation across the city’s dynamic retail market. His expertise spans food & beverage, fitness, medical, and service-oriented spaces, enabling him to create strategic placements that strengthen neighborhoods and maximize asset value.
He takes a relationship-driven approach to every deal, combining market insight, strategic negotiation, and detailed execution to deliver strong results for his clients in New York City’s fast-paced retail landscape.
Before joining Meridian, Max gained hands-on experience as a Construction Management Intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where he focused on cost estimation and project planning. This technical foundation provides him with a deep understanding of build-out feasibility, budgeting, and space optimization — key factors in retail and medical leasing success.
Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.
