Since joining Meridian Capital Group in 2023, Noam Aziz has rapidly established himself as one of New York City’s most dynamic and results-driven retail leasing professionals. Now serving as a Senior Director in Meridian’s Midtown office, Noam oversees and markets more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space across Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
Specializing primarily in landlord representation with selective tenant representation within the food & beverage and service-oriented retail sectors, Noam’s in-depth understanding of the market, strategic insight, and strong client relationships have positioned him as a go-to broker for both institutional and private owners throughout the New York area.
In his first year at Meridian, Noam closed 62 retail leasing transactions, totaling over 150,000 square feet of space leased across New York City. His exceptional performance, adaptability, and client-first approach earned him recognition from the Commercial Observer as one of New York City’s “Top Young Professionals” and inclusion in their prestigious “30 Under 30” list for leasing.
Building on that early success, Noam has since leased more than 700,000 square feet of retail space and continues to deliver best-in-class results for his clients. Today, he leads a team of over a dozen professionals, managing Meridian’s most active team. In 2025, Noam and his team completed 127 leasing transactions and consistently represented more than 200 active exclusive assignments at any given time.
