Paolo Wong

Paolo Wong joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Investment Sales Associate in the company’s New York City office. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, development, and value-add properties, with a focus on adaptive-reuse opportunities and institutional-grade assets throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Wong was a Development Analyst and Consultant at PLM Inversiones Inmobiliarias, a vertically integrated Peruvian development and construction firm, where he managed acquisition strategy, feasibility studies, and design coordination for ground-up residential and mixed-use projects. He has worked closely on active development sites with Higashi Ingenieros, an engineering and construction management firm, gaining on-site experience in field coordination, concrete quality control, and schedule oversight. Drawing on the foundations of his Architecture and Real Estate degrees, Mr. Wong has contributed to adaptive reuse strategy, sustainability planning, and academic research within the built environment, supporting projects in New Orleans and New York City.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University.
