Rich Harice
Associate
Rich Harice joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s headquarters office. He specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, development, and industrial properties throughout New Jersey and New York City.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology at Kean University, where he is on track to graduate with the highest distinction (Summa Cum Laude).
