Samuel Mukamal joined Meridian in 2023 and currently works in the company’s Midtown office. A native New Yorker born and raised in Midtown Manhattan, Samuel brings an authentic understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and retail landscape to every transaction.
He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, with a primary focus on food and beverage leasing across Manhattan. Samuel works closely with a diverse range of clients — from Michelin-starred chefs and established hospitality groups to emerging neighborhood concepts, cafés, and specialty markets.
Samuel’s background in Economics and Business Studies from New York University provides him with a strong analytical foundation and a data-driven approach to deal-making. His deep understanding of the New York City market, combined with his ability to build long-term client relationships, has quickly established him as a trusted advisor within the retail leasing community.
Since joining Meridian, Samuel has completed numerous transactions across Manhattan’s most active retail corridors, representing both premier restaurateurs and property owners seeking to elevate their tenant mix.
