Tommy Lin
Vice President
Mr. Lin joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s lower Manhattan office. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City and the outer boroughs.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Lin was a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisor where he sourced deals and facilitated the marketing and sale of investment properties. Prior to joining B6, Mr. Lin spent 14 years between Massey Knakal Realty Services and Cushman and Wakefield in the same capacity.
Over the course of his career, along with his team, Mr. Lin has sold more than 650 properties for an aggregate total of $2.6 Billion in commercial real estate. Notable property sales negotiated by Mr. Lin include 90-02 Queens Boulevard, 78-01 Queens Boulevard, 107-40 Queens Boulevard, 88-18 Justice Avenue, 81-06/08 Roosevelt Avenue and 42-72 80th Street.
Mr. Lin attended Queens College with a major in computer science. He is a member of Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is a former Board member for the Massey Knakal Charitable Foundation.
