Tony D'Apice

Tony D’Apice joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Investment Sales Associate in the firm’s Financial District office. He specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Meridian, Tony was an Associate at IPRG. Before that, he spent a year at Lions Gate Medical Commercial in Dallas, where he managed administrative and marketing responsibilities for three brokers across various asset classes.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University, where he also minored in East Asian Studies.
