Associate
Will Sine joined Meridian in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City. Will has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Will was an intern at Matthews REIS where he worked on a team specializing in single tenant net lease properties. Prior to joining Matthews, Will spent 2 years at a residential firm specializing in apartment leases.
Will holds a BSBA in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Colorado Boulder.
