Yitzy Miretsky

Yitzy Miretsky joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s New York office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail assets nationwide. This includes but is not limited to long-term and short-term financing, construction and development financing, bridge loans, and takeout loans. Yitzy works closely with clients to structure creative and competitive financing solutions, leveraging deep capital markets knowledge, underwriting, and strong lender relationships to deliver meaningful results.
