Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) acquired two industrial properties in Chicago, IL: 9809 Industrial Drive and 1400 Powis Road.
The transactions closed in August and September 2025, respectively, and represent Zenith’s continued focus on investing in premier Midwest manufacturing markets.
Ikey Betesh of Meridian Capital Group as well as Frank Melchert and Stevan Arandjelovic of Cawley sourced these two acquisitions for Zenith.
